Booking and Purchasing Policies

We all need to know the boring legal stuff, right? 

So here is what you need to know.

Booking a service with me:

If you wish to reschedule, please allow a minimum of 5 hours. You can do so through your member login section. If you wish to cancel your booking entirely, please note that cancelation requests must be received within 48 hours otherwise you will forfeit what has been paid.

There is no fee for a Discovery Call.

Purchasing a Digital Product through my store:

Please know that as these are digital products, no physical item will be shipped to you. You are responsible for providing the correct email address in which the product links and codes will be emailed to. If you have not received your product email within 1 hour, please contact me directly with proof of purchase.

There are absolutely no refunds under any circumstances. All customers are encouraged to reach out to me with any questions they have about a product prior to purchasing it. Products are exactly as shown on the listing and matching the description.

 

You are responsible for signing up to and maintaining any accounts or subscriptions that use the digital products or templates I sell. Examples include Canva or Notion. CreativelyJane is not responsible nor liable to sign you up to any accounts or maintain subscription services to these programs. Please read descriptions carefully as they will point out if any such service is required in order to use the template or digital product.
